Located in the heart of Rosedale, this retail/commercial property features 2 floors, a total land area of 120 m2 and a building area of 112 m2. The main floor features a shop display area, with access to an outdoor seating area located directly underneath. The store is mainly used for selling sporting goods and equipment.
The Hockey Centre is a red-brick, double fronted building with attractive awnings. The business is situated on Bush Road in the busy AA building zone of Manukau City, just south of the thriving city centre and west of Auckland International Airport. ACG was tasked with doing internal and sundry carpentry, insulation, linings and stopping for this project.
This landmark seven-storey building features a stunning interior courtyard, accessible roof terrace and student facilities like never before.
Located in the heart of Auckland CBD, Union Green is a new multi-level office and retail development. Union Green has been designed with sustainability as one of its primary objectives utilising passive solar design and high levels of natural light throughout. With a variety of floor plates to accommodate tenants' needs, Union Green appeals to a wide range of users. This project required ACG to provide a structural fit out and carpentry package.
Built in 1902, 39 Beach Road is a beautiful historic building that offers the perfect setting for creative professionals. Located in the heart of Auckland, just a stroll from Princes Wharf and within walking distance to the best of downtown. Its location has been designed for efficiency; everything from shopping and food to entertainment and culture - you'll find it all within a few blocks. When you're done exploring, relax at the luxurious apartment, equipped with anything you could ever want and more. The Antipodean has 23 apartments and two restaurants on the ground floor that are part of the project which has all been updated with new carpentry by ACG.
Miro Apartment is a modern designed 13 unit serviced apartment located in Auckland's leafy suburb of Mount Eden. This boutique student accommodation complex is a red brick building that was built in 1925 and commissioned by F.W. May, the founder of the Auckland Planetarium. May also owned the nearby Dowse Art Museum, restored by Architect Michael Pacey in 1995. ACG was responsible for transforming the interior with all new internal carpentry.
Manuka PAK’nSAVE is a 3 level building located in the Manukau City Centre at 6 Cavendish Drive. It has 139sqm and a mezzanine floor and 304sqm of retail area. Maunka PAK'nSAVE is stocked with groceries, deli products and dairy foods to meet the needs of fast-paced people who have little time to shop.
The Manurewa Warehouse is a long-standing, well built 4,800m2 warehouse situated in the main road of Cavendish Drive, Manukau City Centre. The building consists of three storeys and two levels per floor. The two top storeys have been refurbished by using steel, timber and polyurethane insulation (sprayed on foam). We were responsible for taking over the foam work to improve the property.
The building is approximately 5,600 square meters in size, occupies a prominent section of Barrys Point Road in Takapuna and comprises approximately 110 rooms across two levels. The property has been redeveloped to include a Countdown supermarket, 15 specialty stores and 16 carparks. Significant refurbishment works were required to meet the criteria for a tenancy agreement with Countdown Supermarket Company Ltd. for the first floor retail tenancy.
Selwyn Oaks is a retirement village situated on 6.6 hectares in which houses are surrounded by carefully landscaped gardens and trees with lawns and established trees, as well as recreational areas with amenities and facilities for all residents' use.
Located right in the heart of Auckland's CBD, the building features include two stories, roof and windows that are covered with bronze aluminium sheeting and steel frames. There is a glass fronted elevator as well as a basement. The property has been renovated thoroughly by internal carpentry and fit out work.
The international is an apartment building of a standard which has not been seen in Auckland. This spacious two-bedroom plus study apartment has expansive city views and a classically contemporary feel. Our works of this project involve door installation and carpentry.
